Please choose your dates by clicking on the start date and then click on the end date in the calendar.

The system will calculate the number of nights and present you with the cost including a cleaning charge of £50. This charge is per stay not per night.

Please fill in all of the fields so that I can get back to you and confirm your requirements with the minimum of fuss.

No money will be taken at this stage you are merely making a request that won’t be confirmed until the deposit is paid. You are then protected by a full refund if you cancel prior to 30 days before your stay or the government declares another lockdown – this includes the deposit.

The prices are NOT per person they are for the exclusive use of the whole Cottage described on the Home page.

The minimum booking period is two nights.

Access is after 3pm and we request that you leave by 10am so that the cleaning company can work their magic. Thank you so much for your interest. LYC x

IMPORTANT: The Cleaning and changeover is conducted by a Professional Service, usually CaSi – a local Whitby company that specialises in holiday let cleaning and is intended to keep you safe.
